We assist clients in complying with labor standards laws, managing their employees from pre-employment to post-employment (including in the imposition of disciplinary actions upon their employees), and representing them before the National Labor Relations Commission in labor cases filed against them. We negotiate Collective Bargaining Agreements (CBA) and represent our clients before Voluntary Arbitrators on issues submitted to them for mediation, arbitration, or resolution relating to the CBA negotiation and interpretation of any provision of the CBA.
