We assist both individual and corporate clients in land and property development, land surveying and titling, land subdivision and re-titling, and back-tracing of land titles and in dealing with the Department of the Environment and Natural Resources, Registry of Deeds, and the Land Registration Authority relative thereto.  We represent clients in cases involving disputes between the property developers and buyers under Republic Act No. 6652 (An Act to Provide Protection to Buyers of Real Estate on Installment Payments) and Presidential Decree No. 957 (The Subdivision and Condominium Buyers’ Protection Decree) and inter and intra homeowners’ association controversies under Republic Act No. 9904 (Magna Carta for Homeowners and Homeowners’ Associations).
